Canon UK HQ to host EOS Training Academy's workshop programme

Starting this spring, EOS Training Academy’s dedicated Canon photography training programme extends its reach to include Canon UK’s head office in Reigate, Surrey as its new workshop venue.

From May 2017 onwards, selected EOS camera and Speedlite workshops will be held in Reigate, including the popular camera-specific Optimise courses for the EOS 5D Mark IV, 5DS/R, 5D Mark III, 7D Mark II and 80D, Making the Most series for beginner and enthusiast models, and Speedlite for beginners for those wishing to enhance their photography with flash.

This means that course delegates will not only be able to learn how to use their camera but also to visit the EOS epicentre that is Canon’s headquarters at the same time – an exciting opportunity for keen Canonites.

As part of a planned expansion of the academy programme, this new location to the south of London means that there are now three Workshop venues to learn about your EOS photography: Oxford, central London (near Euston) and Reigate. This is in addition to a dozen locations for Practical Days, including the recently added Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) venues at Slimbridge and Barnes in London, Waterperry Gardens in Oxford, plus the stunning city of York.

A full-day workshop starts from only £99 and includes a comprehensive handout, plus tailored advice and support throughout the day from your tutor. Maximum group size is 12 and sessions are kept informal, with opportunities for questions throughout the day. So whatever photography you enjoy and whichever EOS camera you own, you’ll learn what you need to improve your camera skills and your photography during a day with EOS Training Academy.
